The Iskroline 100 benchtop spark spectrometer is a modern express analyzer of the composition of metals and alloys. The operation of the device is based on the method of emission spectral analysis, which uses the dependence of the intensity of spectral lines on the content of an element in a sample.

The main purpose of the device is an accurate and fast analysis of conductive samples with various bases (Fe, Al, Cu, Zn, Pb, Sn, Ni, Ti, Co, Mg, etc.). This spectral analyzer is designed for quantitative analysis of the composition of both non-ferrous metals and ferrous metals (cast irons, low-alloy, medium-alloy, many high-alloy steels, etc.) for most of the known alloying elements and impurities, including sulfur, phosphorus and carbon.
