The laboratory-class Iskroline 300 stationary emission spectrometer is designed for fast and accurate spectral analysis of metals and alloys with various bases (Fe, Al, Cu, Zn, Pb, Sn, Ni, Ti, Co, Mg).

Iskroline 300 is the flagship among spark spectrometers manufactured by ISKROLINE Group of Companies. This is an uncompromising approach to workmanship and instrument parameters. If we could make any of the nodes better - it was made better! No savings on parts. Precise manufacturing of mechanics, precision adjustment of optical assemblies and repeated stress testing of all electronic components allow us to guarantee the highest quality of device manufacturing.

What is such a device for? First of all, for solving the same tasks, which our junior spark spectrometer - Iskroline 100 or mobile spectrometer Iskroline 500 - copes with. Iskroline 300 will also fulfill all these tasks. But there are also more complex tasks with which small-sized spectrometers (regardless of the manufacturer - all small-sized spark emission spectrometers on the market) cope worse. On the one hand, this is a quantitative analysis of pure and ultra-pure metals (pure copper, aluminum, lead, etc.), and on the other hand, on the contrary, it is the determination of the chemical composition of complex and super-complex alloys. Any spectral lines in the range from 167 to 930 nm are available in the device, including the lines of phosphorus, sulfur, carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen, alkaline and alkaline earth elements (lithium, sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium, berylium, magnesium, calcium, strontium , barium). They are really any - our device captures the entire spectrum of the declared range, in contrast to a number of devices from other manufacturers, which may have "technological gaps" in "insignificant regions of the spectrum" caused by the design features of the spectral device. Also, we do not juggle numbers like many manufacturers with the spectral resolution of the device.

For example, in the descriptions of spectrometers on the Internet you can find similar words: “spectral range 175-800nm, diffraction grating 3600 lines per mm !!! Dispersion 0.6 nm / mm ... ", only for such a diffraction grating the theoretical limit of the spectral range is not higher than 550nm, and the practical limit is hardly higher than 450nm. What's the conclusion? - they are lying :) Or they do not say anything and use a diffraction grating with such a high resolution only in the initial part of the spectrum, for example 175-220nm, and above 220, they use a grating with a smaller number of grooves, and, as a result, the parameters of the device are worse there.

We honestly write: in our spectrometer the spectral resolution is from 0.007 to 0.01 nm (in the range of 167-330 nm) and from 0.02 to 0.03 nm (in the range of 330-930 nm). The characteristics of both spark spectrometers are the same instrument. They differ only in execution. Which spectrometer to buy depends solely on the nature of your work.
